Please show your reservation confirmation on your mobile device or bring a printed copy as proof of your parking reservation. Port Everglades Shuttle Service Pickup from Port Everglades is on demand during shuttle service hours. After disembarking from your cruise, please call (954) 967-9063 to request pickup. Cancellation Policy Receive a full refund when you cancel on or before your scheduled arrival date and time. Cancellations must be completed through our website before your scheduled arrival time. Cancellations submitted after the scheduled arrival date and time are not eligible for a refund.
