Flying out of Nashville International Airport (BNA) goes better when you pick your parking before you leave home. Once you know your choices, you can match a lot to your trip and your budget, instead of taking whatever is open when you pull up. Here is a plain, side-by-side way to think about the ways to park near BNA, and what to check in each listing.
Parking Near BNA: What to Compare
Lots near the airport differ in walking distance, shuttle service and cost. Each lot lists its own details, so the listing is where you find the facts for that lot.
- Distance to the terminal: Check how far the lot is and how you get to the terminal. If you would rather skip a long ride, look for a lot close to the airport.
- Shuttle: Read the shuttle hours, how often it runs, and how to ask for a pickup when you land. Compare those hours with your flight times.
Good to know: lot rules and hours can change. Read the listing again close to your travel date, so your plan matches what the lot lists that day.
Paying and Check-In: Read Before You Book
Each lot sets its own way to pay, check in and pick up your car. Read the listing for payment steps, keys, and what to bring on the day. Plan this before you leave, so nothing at the lot is a surprise at the end of your trip.
Off-Airport Parking Near BNA
Many travelers look at off-airport parking, especially for longer trips. These lots are run by their own companies. Each one sets its own rules, hours, shuttle schedule, and extras, so read the lot's listing before you book.

- Avid Hotel Nashville Airport: Less than 2 miles from the airport curbside. Complimentary shuttle on demand, 4 AM to midnight. Restaurant, free Wi-Fi and fitness center.
- Cambria Hotel Nashville Airport: Less than 2 miles from the airport. Uncovered self parking rates include a complimentary shuttle, on demand, 4 AM to midnight.
- GLō Best Western Nashville: Complimentary shuttle with every reservation, every hour from 4:10 AM at ten past the hour. Free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, fitness center and guest laundry.
What to weigh: on-demand or hourly shuttle, what the hotel gives you for free, and how the hours match your flights. Free breakfast or Wi-Fi is a small way to get more from the same trip.
Valet Parking at BNA
Valet is the hands-off option: you hand over the keys, and the team parks the car for you. Some lots list valet or extra services. Read the listing to see what is included and what costs more. Compare valet with self-parking based on your trip, luggage, and parking needs.
How to Pick the Right Lot at BNA
Three questions settle it for most travelers:
- Budget: If saving money is the goal, compare the total for your dates across several lots before choosing.
- Walking and shuttles: If you would rather skip a long ride, look at lots close to the terminal and read the shuttle details.
- Trip length: For a longer trip, compare the total parking cost for your exact dates.
Simple Ways to Save More
Look at the total for your real dates, not just one daily number. Read the cancellation terms in each listing, because they differ from lot to lot. Book ahead when a lot lets you, so you are not choosing in a hurry at the curb. For a long stay, check which lots include the shuttle with the reservation, so you get the ride along with your parking.
Save Time Too: Plan Your Departure
BNA says to arrive at least 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international flight. Count the shuttle ride and bag loading inside that window. The airport's Central Core Enhancement runs from June 1, 2026 through December 2027, and BNA says it will not change hotel, parking garage or other ground transportation access. Shuttle pick-up areas may shift, so read your reservation directions. Fall Break is BNA's busiest period, so leave early.
