Flying out of Seattle-Tacoma International? If you want to spend less on parking, the trick is to compare before you book. Sea-Tac parking costs depend on how long you are away, so here is a simple way to line up your choices and find a fit for your trip and budget.
How to Compare Sea-Tac Parking Costs
Most parking lots near SEA price the stay a little differently, so compare more than the daily number:
- The total for your dates. Enter the same drop-off and pick-up day for every lot. A daily rate alone can mislead you.
- What the total includes. Check whether the shuttle is listed in it, and what each lot lists as an extra.
- Stay length. Some lots list different terms for a short trip and a long one. Count your days first, then see which listing fits.
Each lot lists its own rules, so read the listing before you decide.
What Moves the Total Up or Down
When two totals look far apart, check these first:
- The number of days, and how each lot counts a day.
- Taxes and fees added to the base rate.
- Extras such as valet service, if a lot lists them.
- Holiday weeks and school breaks.
- Your pick-up hour, if you land later than planned.
We do not print dollar amounts, because they go stale. Our rate for your dates shows live on each lot page (from $5.95/day).
Lots Near the Airport
Lots near SEA are run by their own companies. Each one lists its own shuttle details, and the shuttle is a big part of your trip. Look at the whole picture when you compare your options:
- How often the shuttle runs, and whether it runs at your flight hours.
- Where you meet the shuttle when you land.
- What the lot lists as extras, and what costs more.
- The cancellation terms.
When you check live availability for Sea-Tac parking, you can weigh these details side by side before you commit.

Why Booking Ahead Helps Your Budget
Reserving online lets you see the total before you leave home. Booking ahead lets you:
- Hold your space so you are not hunting for one on departure day.
- Compare the full total for each lot on the same dates.
- Read each lot's terms before you pay.
Because rates change with demand and season, we show live pricing when you book instead of printing numbers that go stale. To see today's options, compare current Sea-Tac parking and reserve online.
Long Trip? Compare a Week or More
For a long stay, do not judge by one day. Enter your real dates, then try seven days and see how the total moves. Compare a day earlier or later, and read the longer-stay terms in each listing.
A Few Money-Saving Tips for SEA
- Count your days first, then compare the totals for a few lots.
- If your dates are flexible, compare a day earlier or later and see how the total changes.
- Parking for a long stay? Look at the longer-stay terms in each listing, and ask the lot about them before you book.
Flying to Seattle for a Cruise?
Seattle cruises board from Pier 66 or Pier 91. The airport lot and the pier are separate steps, so check your pier with your cruise line and plan that ride on its own.
